Spyros Evaggelopoulos was born and raised in Athens. He studied in travel and tourism. After he finished collage he started his career, as support personnel in a large hotel in Athens after a while he became waiter. Then he traveled to the Greek islands and North Greece to join big hotels and restaurants, as waiter at the beginning and then he was responsible for maintaining restaurant supplies and he was restaurant manager.
There’s this organizing part of him and his numerous talents and expertise as well as his many years of experience in the field of catering and customer service are what have make him an important member of our business team.
It just evolved from there; his responsibilities grew with the company. So these days, he maintains all the catering supplies. The main activity for him is the operation of the guests’ service and he is responsible for the proper conduct of the events. Also he maintains much of the preservation of the International Food and Beverage Quality and Safety Management System HACCP-ISO 22000/2005 certificated from TUV Hellas Member of TUV Nord Group.
