Dear Amanda, Thank you very much for your follow-up e-mail! Everything was very nice. Once more I have to emphasize the professionalism of Mr. Spyros and how he is managing the entire team. The only note that we can make (and I mentioned it as well to Mr Spyros after the reception) was that the variety of crostini with cold cuts was a bit tasteless or indifferent. It was not that it was not good, just not what we had expected, that all. All the rest finger food was very good and colleagues from other Embassies asked for your contact details as they liked the food very much as well as the presentation of the buffet.
