Petros Xaveles

Chef Petros Haveles was born and raised in Piraeus. As soon as he finished high school, he began his studies in culinary arts and was certified by OTEK and EFET for food inspection. He is experienced in the unique art of cooking with many years in the field of gastronomy.

 

His focus is always on quality catering, offering his excellent cooking skills alongside distinguished Chefs.
Most of his personal time is spent cooking.
He constantly tries new recipes with pure Greek and imported ingredients. He has a passion to continuously develop taste proposals and create signature dishes that are in high demand for the culinary satisfaction of our customers.
His enthusiasm for food and life is expressed in every dish he serves.
He likes to say that pure ingredients and herbs “take our dishes to the next level” !!
